I Should Be Used To This By Now

Paul was finally able to talk to the guy this morning.  It wasn’t a surprise, what he said, because if they really were going to offer him the job they wouldn’t have made it so hard for him to get the answer.

But it’s still disappointing.

Oh well.  So we move on.  That’s what we do.  And somewhere out there, there is a job for us.

I have a quiet sympathy for both of you, having been in the same situation many times before. I realize it doesn’t help to hear that it’s the same old story, but the great thing is, it’s not The Neverending Story. Things do change. Just…in their own time.

  5. there is a job for Paul that is right for him and right for your family. Turning the corner and continuing on is all you can do because one of the days you will turn the corner and find the job! I know it
